Lenhoda COB LED Lamp Advantages - Small details make big difference!

1. Our engineers team have been working as driver engineers since 2006. Our self-designed and self-produced drivers have passed cETLus/Energy Star/CE/EMC/SAA/PSE.



2. Lenhoda LED lamps use self-packaged high Lumen COB LED as light source, our brand name is AK-COB and our COBs have passed LM80. We use thermal grease on the housing plate to strenghen the heat spread.



3. We use potted driver to maximum the heat dissipation and extend the lifespan of the drivers, the potted driver also helps to make our products more stable, and helps to reduce defective rate during transit. We use higher level AB heat-conducting glue instead of grey glue.



4. Lenhoda LED lamps are made of thick aluminum alloy or cold-forging pure aluminum housing for better heat conduction. The air-flux design accelerates the heat dissipation.



5. Lenhoda use PC lens instead of PMMA, the PC lens are with excellent heat-resistant (90℃-130℃) and broken-resistant.



6. Before being released the markets, the new products will be tested and have to pass different programs to ensure the products can work properly, including high working temperature test, current shock test, etc.



7. We have the ability and the experience to customize product according to clients’ needs, including special light color, customized packaging, LOGO printing, special package etc.

9. Dimming range lower to 5% or lower when work with some dimmer brands accordingly, we develop the dimmable driver solution with the triac dimmers from all over the world. Please contact us for detailed dimmer compatible lists.

10. Lenhoda products are under aging test for at least 8~12 hours before shipment and 100% QC passed before packaging.
